Executive Summary

Bridging the gap between high-level creative direction and complex operational execution, this portfolio segment highlights end-to-end production management across corporate summits, live music properties, and film-adjacent spaces. By introducing rigorous standard operating procedures, managing multi-tier technical teams, and optimizing production budgets, raw artistic visions were successfully converted into premium, highly structured, and commercially viable multimedia experiences.

1. Corporate Media & High-Stakes Summit Operations

Serving as the Production Manager and Head of Media for BOFIRM Consulting, complex corporate structures and media operations were seamlessly designed and deployed:

  • High-Stakes Coordination: Engineered the media workflow, technical setup, and production logistics for flagship high-level security summits, including the landmark CCISONFI Conference.
  • Technical Oversight: Commanded multi-camera broadcasts, live-streaming feeds, and secure audio-visual setups, guaranteeing zero-latency delivery and flawless operational execution under tight timelines.
  • Corporate Documentation: Created end-to-end post-production workflows to generate high-fidelity panel highlight reels, executive summaries, and multi-platform media assets for corporate and government stakeholders.

2. Music Properties & Live Concert Production

Leveraging specialized knowledge in entertainment staging and multi-cam capture, complex live music events were successfully brought to life:

  • The Cupid Concert (feat. Skripture): Hosted and produced this highly-rated live music property in February 2026. Managed the complete master production timeline, vendor relationships, venue architecture, and ticket/guest-list operations.
  • Staging & Design: Collaborated with lighting directors and stage engineers to construct an intimate, premium layout that balanced physical attendance with broadcast-ready camera angles.
  • Artist Relations: Structured contract riders and performance rehearsals, providing a seamless operational environment for talent and musicians.

3. Creative Incubation & Film Ecosystems

To support sustainable artistic growth and elevate African cinema, institutional frameworks were designed specifically for independent talent:

  • Rara Avis Entertainment: Founded and currently spearheading this independent brand as a dedicated vehicle to build sustainable business models for filmmakers, actors, and digital creators. The platform operates autonomously, establishing creative development paths free of traditional studio gatekeepers.
  • Documentary Film Council UK Alliance: Actively serving as an ally and member, ensuring current insights on global co-production distribution models, copyright architectures, and ethical filmmaking practices are integrated into local productions.
  • Multimedia Assets: Spearheaded the production design, casting workflows, and corporate positioning for emerging screen writers and directors, creating internationally exportable content packages.
